Customer Reviews – Terms & Conditions and Moderation Policy

We value genuine customer feedback and your reviews help us to continually improve.

Our aim is to provide a transparent, fair and helpful review platform that reflects authentic customer experiences.

1. Submitting a Review

Customers are invited to submit reviews of products they have purchased through F1 Authentics.

When submitting a review, we ask that you:

• Share your genuine experience of the product.
• Keep your comments relevant to the product or your purchasing experience.
• Avoid including personal information, offensive language or promotional content.

Reviews may include a star rating and written comments.

2. Review Moderation

F1 Authentics reserves the right to moderate customer reviews to ensure they are genuine, relevant, appropriate and helpful to other customers.

Reviews may be rejected or removed where they:

• Contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content.
• Include personal information, contact details or confidential information.
• Contain advertising, spam, promotional links or commercial references.
• Relate primarily to an unrelated product, retailer or third-party purchasing experience.
• Are fraudulent, misleading, duplicated or cannot reasonably be verified as genuine.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or otherwise breach applicable laws.
• Are substantially unrelated to the product or experience being reviewed.

Both positive and negative reviews are subject to the same moderation standards. We do not remove genuine negative reviews solely because they express dissatisfaction.

3. Review Relevance and Removal of Outdated Reviews

To ensure our published reviews remain accurate, relevant and useful to customers, F1 Authentics may periodically review and remove previously published reviews.

Reviews may be removed in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Age of Review

Reviews that are more than 12 months old may be reviewed for continued relevance and removed where they no longer provide an accurate or representative reflection of the product or customer experience currently offered.

Product Changes

Where a product has been materially modified, updated, redesigned or replaced, reviews relating to an earlier version may be removed if they are no longer relevant to the product currently available for purchase.

This may include changes to product design, materials, specifications, presentation, framing, packaging or other significant product characteristics.

Changes to Customer Service or Fulfilment

Where F1 Authentics has made material changes to its customer service, delivery, fulfilment, returns or other operational processes, historical reviews relating specifically to superseded processes may be removed where they are no longer representative of the service currently provided.

Discontinued Products

Reviews relating to products that are permanently discontinued or no longer available for purchase may be removed or archived.

Any review removal under this section will be considered against objective relevance criteria, applied consistently regardless of star rating or whether the review is positive or negative.

4. Publication of Reviews

We aim to publish genuine customer reviews within a reasonable period following submission, subject to moderation.

Publication is not guaranteed where a review does not meet these guidelines.

F1 Authentics may contact a reviewer where clarification is required or where we believe we can assist with an issue raised.

We will not alter a customer's star rating or materially change the meaning of a review.

5. Customer Service Feedback

We welcome feedback about all aspects of the customer experience, including delivery, packaging, product quality and customer service.

Where a review raises an issue requiring individual assistance, our Customer Service team may contact the customer to investigate and seek a resolution.

Customers can also contact our Customer Service team directly at info@f1authentics.com.

Contacting Customer Service is not a requirement for submitting a review, and genuine reviews will not be removed solely because a complaint has been resolved.

6. Use of Customer Reviews

By submitting a review, customers grant F1 Authentics permission to display their review and associated public reviewer name on our website and, where appropriate, in marketing and promotional communications.

Reviews may be displayed alongside the relevant product or in other relevant areas of the F1 Authentics website.

Any use of customer reviews will be consistent with applicable data protection and consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to These Guidelines

F1 Authentics may update these Review Moderation Guidelines periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, review platform or applicable legislation.
