We dispatch orders between the opening times of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (UK time). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, our despatch timescales will be from the next UK working day.
Returns & Refunds
Christmas Returns Policy:
Any orders placed between Monday 3rd November and Thursday 25th December benefit from our extended returns policy. Pen is well built. I feels good in the hand and writes as well as any other roller ball pen. The print and logo look good as long as you don't look real close. It is a solid pen with a great twist , i.e. the carbon fiber body insert in the cap.
I like using the pen. That's the bottom line.
