The 2016 Brazilian Grand Prix epitomised the season that Hamilton was having. Having set a thundering 1:10.736 in Q3 - nearly 1.5 seconds up on Alonso - the weather completely changed for Sunday. The heavens opened and the circuit was soaked - the rubber was washed away, and streams of water formed across the circuit. The ever-determined Lewis Hamilton did not let this hiccup deter him as he continued his bid to close down Nico Rosberg in the Championship. 

The rain continued to through spanner after spanner in the works - but Sir Lewis Hamilton managed to skate his way to the win in the treacherous conditions.
