This clock features a  McLaren Brake Blockage Ring – a component of the brakes that goes in between the disk and the bell. The blockage ring plays a pivotal role in allowing the disks to rotate freely, as well as managing airflow which in turn manages the temperatures. 

The Blockage Ring has had an extension mounted on to it, a backing plate and a clock mechanism added. This transforms this incredible piece of memorabilia into an item that you can use every day.
